Great surgery plus good GPS must admit needs more off the due too work load and now a paramedic she is fantastic takes off some of work load off home visits for doctors 5 plus stars
I am giving this surgery a 5* rating. I made an enquiry a few days ago in respect of registration as a new patient what was the criteria required re: paperwork, identification,repeat prescription and so on. The lady to whom I spoke to treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. I was very upset when I rang having been treated abysmally at a surgery which commands a regular 5* rating; they had not in my opinion delivered any rating for me giving me lame excuses that due to staff shortages they couldn't find a nurse available to register me this week. My medication for atrial fibrillation needs to be on tap if not hospital is the alternative. I wasn't impressed with how the receptionist at that practice treated me. The lady receptionist at Saltoun surgery was very knowledgeable, efficient and on the ball when I rang to explain my situation. With a no nonsense approach to fitting me in for a consultation with the nurse, I was able the following day to register at Saltoun surgery as a new patient. What a relief no more worries getting my AF medication.
