Turned up to collect a van I had hired and paid for online....No van onsite. Nearest one 45 miles away and I would have to come back later. Total 60 miles of travelling back & forward before I actually got the van.
Very quick service and delivered clean
Poor salesman had to deal with me and my complaint that the van I booked was not available and I still had to pay for the van I couldn't get. Give him credit, he remained pleasant and polite but shame on Enterprise for putting him in that position.
